Under immediate supervision, cook and grill specialty items in support of a full-service menu, including other food products using branded recipes and established cooking methods and techniques.
A Cook at Biggies, Burgers & Shakes performs a combination of food cooking duties required in the preparation of hamburgers, BBQ Burgers, Cheeseburgers, Veggie Burgers, Hot-dogs, French fries, Curly fries, Zucchini fries, Onion rings, Sandwiches, Salads, and other food menu items as determined by management staff.

1. Prepare all burger meats using Serv-Safe standards avoiding cross-contamination.
2. Oversee the safe preparation of all raw materials.
3. Grill burgers, fries, and other food items.
4. Prepares all special requests on all orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Clean and sanitize all grill areas at the end of each shift. 6. Clean and filter deep-fry area.
7. Maintains appropriate food quantities and notifies Restaurant Management when supplies are low.
